How Do I Solve Trouble On Printer

Hello, depending on what trouble you are having, it will require different steps to solve it. Here are some general tips:
- Reboot the printer
- Cancel any pending print jobs
- Make sure the network cable is fully seated and is showing a green LED at the printer's Ethernet port (if using an Ethernet connection)
If your printer is jammed, you can see how to remove the paper jam starting on page 175 of the user manual. Tips for preventing jams can be found on page 173.
- Reboot the printer
- Cancel any pending print jobs
- Make sure the network cable is fully seated and is showing a green LED at the printer's Ethernet port (if using an Ethernet connection)
