I Would Like To Buy Backlight Lamps For This Monitor.

Good afternoon! I would like to buy backlight lamps for this monitor. When I turn on the screen is not brightly lit and the normal brightness appears after a while. I guess that with time everything will become even worse. HP LP3065 - 30" LCD
