I Turned On My Computer And My Hp F2105 Monitor Has A Wave .. Refresh Rate?

If its doing this, the HDMI cable is loose. Make sure it is connected well to both the hard drive and the monitor. It would be better to unplug it first then plug it back in as tight as possible.
