Printer Won't Print

I have a new HP Photo smart Premium C309a that is hooked to a wireless net work and will not print from my PC I received a test report from the printer stating all is well and was a successful hook up

Your wireless radio has probably quit. The wireless radio finds the wireless network to allow you to print wirelessly. MINE QUIT 15 DAYS OUT OF WARRANTY. It was working fine for 380 days as I have it on a completely wireless network, I'm down and HP will not do a thing about it. I understand the dealine deal, BUT after one hour on the phone with them, THEY CALLED ME back to say they would honor it AND THEN DIDN'T!

So if yours is less than one year old CALL THEM NOW. If you are thinking of buying one, think again. I don't know if there is a better one out there, but I have only run 806 copies and 62 pictures, figure out that cost.
