The Printer Well Not Print Black At All. Cleaned Head, Ran The Cleaning Cycle
and still well not print in black. their is a new cartridge in place

Although you have changed the cartridge it is possible that the print-head has dried out and will need cleaning. check this link which explains how to do it. There is also other links on the same site.
