Windows 8.1 Recovery For Hp 15f018ca
i want to reset my windows 8.1 but it says files are missing insert media. where can i get that for my new hp 15-f018ca?

If you did not make a set of recovery disks when you first received your laptop then try the help document here at HP.

If your hard drive is OK then the recovery partition should still be accessible. You can only make one copy of the disks or to a USB drive.
