Audio/motherboard Not Work

I put conectors the HD audio to the front audio connector, and when I turned on the computer, everything was ok until I put headphones on the front board. when I put it in the front audio conector the picture was frozen. I am reset the computer. Monitor is not work and there is no initial beep sound. I returned jumpers on pin 5-6 and 9-10, and nothing has changed.whether the motherboard dead
