Why Does Screen Read Loader Loading
screen seems stuck and i cannot turn it off

If your Approach S3 or S4 is failing to perform as expected, it may be necessary to master reset the device. Master resets clear user settings by restoring the device to factory default settings. This reset will clear all user data from the device. Any previously saved scorecards will remain.
To perform a master reset:
- Power off device
- Press and hold Score
- Press the Power button
- Select Yes when prompted "Clear user data?" (all buttons may be released at this time)
- The device should now be reset to default factory settings, and the device should function as expected. YOU MAY HAVE TO PULL THE BATTERY TO POWER IT OFF.
