Fuel Economy

Hello,  My 2006 gmc envoy xl is pretty heavy on the gas.  So what can i do to increase or even get a better mileage out of a full gas tank. Currently my truck gives me 450km combined city/hwy .  I have alrady changed the spark plugs.  Please help !!!!
