Why Does My Dryer Keep Catching And Twisting Up My Cloths?
My dryer catches drawstrings on my clothes and twists it until it rips off.
What can I do? It has been services 4X because of this and I keep getting told nothing's wrong with it.

We regret to hear that you are having issues with your clothes being torn by your dryer. We will be happy to send the Drum Glide that will help keep your clothes from getting caught.
We also understand that you have tried to contact a servicer and they have not found anything wrong with the unit. I suggest a home remedy as well to try and resolve the problem yourself without scheduling and spending more money.
Try putting you hand in a pair of pantyhose or a nylon stocking (one you don't care about ripping) and run it slowly along the drum to see if it catches on anything. Even though you may have felt with your hands you might have missed something that is causing the snags. The inside of the holes can rust and material catches on it even though you don't feel it with your hands. If you find a snag you can actually take household sandpaper and sand the area(s) down yourself to fix the problem. I know you shouldn't have to do this with any unit, much less a unit under 1 year of age, but this saves you time and money. The only other option would be to look at replacing big internal components of the tub. Which is extremely costly and may not be necessary.
