Frigidaire Fex831fs4 Stackable Washer/dryer Troublehshooting

After an incoming hose burst and was replaced...machine will only hum when washer is turned on. No water will fill the drum. I checked for a fuse that might have been affected, but that wasn't it. Why won't my machine start? Thanks in advance for your time and effort.Sincerely,Ms. Miller
