Why Can't I Download Xp-400 Scan Drivers/utilities From The Epson Home Page?

After downloading and I try to execute the download, it brings up error messages saying the download cannot be completed due to set up issues.

I believe that you have download the incompatible driver software for your printer. Remember that the driver software varies based on the Operating System of your computer. First, you have to identify first if what Operating System you are using. You can determine it by following these steps.

1. Click Start/Windows logo

2. Righ click My Computer/Computer

3. Click Properties

4. Read the System Type
