Epson Wf-3520 Scanning To Pdf

My new WF-3520 will scan to my desktop computer in every supported format but PDF. Using the ADF, the sheet runs through, but the scan never appears on the computer. Scanning from the document table, it begins, then just stops almost immediately. Occasionally, I get a message saying a problem was encountered and Epson Scan needs to close. Epson suggest it is to do with my PDF reader. I have uninstalled and reloaded the Adobe reader, but no change. The WF-3520 scans to PDF perfectly on my laptop. I run Windows 7 on both. Any suggestions? Thanks.

i think there is a issue with the ports

try these steps on computer remove the printer from the usb port and in the computer uninstall the related drivers than reboot the computer than reinstall the softwares again.

And in the meanwhile turn off the printer and restart it.

AND now plug it see what happens.
