Can I Reset The Custom Programming?

Ensure everything is at a standstill and not moving. Press stop, and hold it down for 3 seconds, then a reset will occur. Most treadmills just have a reset button or the back of the console will have the hole you can use. If this doesn't work the on/off button and/or unplugging of the unit will result in a reset being performed.
