I Have Sound But No Picture

There are DX LCD32-09 manuals on HelpOwl and here is a link to a PDF of the manual.
Do check your video cable(s) unless you have HMDI cable (which could need replacing). Make sure that all are secured well.
Is your screen lit at all (backlit) or is it totally dark?
Another thing you can do is to unplug the TV and just let it sit for 24 hours to let the "computer chip recycle" - reset.
Do make sure that the set is installed in such a way that it can get ventillation and that it is carefully cleaned of dust in those inaccessible areas behind the screen...in the back.
You can check the picture mode (page 12 of the manual)
And if all else fails, call the folks at Dynex 1-800-305-2204 in the US and Canada from 7:00am-Midnight - Central Time for US and Canada 1-888-882-7626 in Mexico.
Dynex suggests that you should not dismantle the TV to repair it yourself. It could be an inverter or a display panel.
Do you have a Best Buy extended warranty? If you do and you've tried the above, this might be the time to get it out of the file and ready to use. I'm sorry.
