My Denon 1312 Video Goes Out After An Hour.

I have had a 1312 for a few months and have had no problems until today. After watching TV for a few hours this morning, the picture started to flicker and then went completely out. The audio still worked fine. Turned receiver off and back on. Picture was back but only for a couple minutes then went out again. Turned receiver off and came back several hours later. Watched TV for about an hour then whole process repeated itself. TV works fine for all components not running through receiver. Is the receiver overheating? Seems to be well ventilated. If it is overheating, why has it worked fine until now? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
