Hi rwdprlmur,
Thanks for the post. I would recommend downloading the latest Dell Webcam software through ‘My Dell’ check out the guide below for links and instructions to some more detailed troubleshooting instructions and software downloads. Other third party programs such as Skype can also access the built in webcam.
