Dell V525w Printer.

I am unable to switch off the printer manually and just get a message which says: 'warning - data loss will occur. Do you still want to enter Hibernate mode? it still wont switch off no matter which option I give it. Immediately prior to that it was just printing out sheet after sheet of unrelated characters

Hi,

I work for Dell's Social Media Team,. It looks like you have some data to have printed hence its giving you that error. I recommend you cancel all jobs and then try turning it off. If this does not work, I recommmend you uninstall and reinstall your printer software. Use the below link for troubleshooting your printer.
