T7400 Beeps Six Times. Screen Black. Already Cleaned And Reset Memory.

beeps 1 - 3 - 1 - 1; DRAM refresh error

Reseat the memory modules also remove 2 modules (banks 2&4) & try it.

Please find the link here for users guide for that machine http://downloads.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_d... It has the Beep code described. Verify what is the beep code is and follow the trouble shooting steps to resolve the issue.
