Why Is The Orange Light Blinking At Behind On Dell Poweredge 2800

Hi bmidTheBe

Please provide more detail as to where is the blinking orange light from the back of the server.

If you refer to this manual on Page 11, you will have a better idea:

If the orange light is from the System status indicator, it might indicates there is a failure in the server. Please check the front LCD display for error code.
