I Have No Sound On My Del Optiplex360

I put in a video  but the sound is 0 can't get any sound to work please help

Hi,

Please go to control panel->Sound->Check speakers are enabled or not(Find attached screenshot). If it is not enabled , right click and select enable this device. Also open run and type services.msc, check Windows Audio service is started.
