Booting My Pc
I bought a refurbished optiplex 790 i3-2120 and they removed the password jumper to cancel password. I did diagnostics and everything works except under cable and it says "password jumper " . To my knowledge they didn't put it back but anyhow I cannot boot the computer. Supposedly Windows 7 pro is installed but it doesn't come up. Any suggestions? I am an amateur so simple directions are necessary;)...Thankyou Betty
