I Have A Dell Optipex 790 Dt And Want Run With Two Vga Moniors
I have a Dell Optipex 790 DT with a Intel HD Graphics with Celeron/Pentium class CPU-GPU combo . How Can I run two monitors

You would need two video signal ports to connect the two computers as the most basic requirement, if you have that, follow this guide here:
If you don't have the requried ports, you can get a cheap graphics card($50ish) that will have multiple video ports.Make sure you have a free PCI/PCI-E slot.

First research what you have. Pull up the tech guide from Dell. A simple google search should steer you in the right direction. Check to see if your Dell has two display ports. They might not be the same type(DVI, VGA,HDMI, display port, ect..). To me it looks like you have both a VGA port and a display port so one monitor would plug in the VGA and you would need a display port adapter to use the other monitor.
ONE MORE THING. The two ports look really close together so you might need to get creative depending on the display port adapter. I ran into this before with a vga and hdmi port really close and I had to remove the screw on the vga cable because the hdmi to dvi adaptor was too wide to fit next to the vga cable plugged in.
