Tengo Una Dell Latitude Portatil Modelo E5410 No Puedo Acceder Ala Bios

I have a Dell Latitude E5410 Laptop Model Can not Access Bios Ala the laptop but not Caraga lighters or pressing f12 or f2 to enter bios wing dell image stays there and does not pass
