Click Start, then right mouse click on "Computer" or "My Computer" depending on what you see. Select "Manage". Locate and click on "Device Manager". If you have bluetooth installed Windows should have detected it and it will show up in the "Network Adapters" section or possibly in it's own section (my Dell laptop does not have bluetooth so I can't se certain). In order to use it you'll need a bluetooth device to pair it with (obviously) and make sure the drivers are installed. All Drivers for this model are here: http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=us&cs=04&l=en&s=biz&os=W764&osl=en&SystemID=LAT_E5410&catid=-1&impid=-1
Pairing will depend on the device you're pairing it to and the process may vary.
If you're a techy you can open the case and look. Here are the instructions for removal of the bluetooth module: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/late5410/en/sm/bbboard.htm. Be extremely carefull here, opening the case will void your warrantee and can damage the laptop.
The manuals are all here: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/late5410/en/index.htm?~file=/systems/late5410/en/index.htm
