1 Month Old Dell Inspiron One 2330, 'disk Error', Now Computer Won't Turn On

a screen appeared saying there was an error with the disk, and asked if i wanted it repaired, the next screen said it may take over an hour to fix, then 5 min later a message said it couldn't repair the disk. I was asked if I wanted to shut down the computer which I did. Now the computer won't even turn on at all. What do I do?
