Something In The Boot Is Corrupted I Need A Boot Disk. Can I Download One?

i have a  Dell Inspirion 620 and does not boot anymore. is there a disk or a download that can  fix it?

if your system is not booting up that means 
1) your os is now corrupted


you can  take a disk ( in which os should be there)
and reinstall the os
