Cant Turn On And Off Bluetooth And Wifi.

I cant turn on and off Bluetooth and Wifi feature as it is completly disabled. I am using Dell Inspiron 3520 with windows 8 operating system. Please help me to solve this issue..

To turn the Wifi/Bluetooth on you would press the FN+F2 key combination. If needed you may need to reinstall the drivers for the card back into the system.
