My Dell Laptop, Inspiron 15, Model No. 3521 Is Not Starting Up

i purchased my dell laptop yesterday, but when i tried to start it, nothing happened.i tried several times to start it, but there is no response. kindly help me out...... thank you in advance.

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.

This could be a problem with system power, verify if the battery is connected correctly or check if the AC Adapter is able to charge the computer.
