Paper Jam/no Paper

Says paper jam is occuring at rear cover.No paper is coming out even though we pulled the two tabs up and opened rear cover.What if there is no paper coming out?

If there is definitely no paper anywhere then a switch may be jammed or broken. You will need to refer to the manual available at the same link.
