A Jam Message That Isn't Jammed
I have a Dell3115cn printer and in the view scren it sayn Paper jam 005-121 Open ADF cover and Clear Jam. I have opened the ADF cover and there is no paper in there. I have shut down the printer and it still keeps the message. I need to know how to get the message off of the view screen and make the top of the printer copier work. It will print.
