How Do I Reset The Password On A Dell 2135cn?
Installed Windows 7 and now cannot scan, tried to re-establish but the address book asks for a password that I don't have.

I had this question and here is what I found.
I only wanted to re-set the password on the printer because I found I did not know the existing password (default password) when I first used the printers web page interface and couldn't make changes to set up a scan folder without first knowing the existing password.
If this is your situation, the default username is "admin" and the default password is a blank password field.
With this info you can easily reset your password from the web interface pages.
How to get to the web interface?
Go to the reports menu on your printer and a report of settings will print. the IP number will be listed. Enter the IP number in your browser window and you should connect to your printer's network interface.
