Change Frequency On Dwa-160 Without Using Software Wizard On Vista

I would like to change frequenchar angle (2.4 to 5.0) without using the wizard from d-link. I lost the cd for the dwa-160 adapter and so the adapter only runs on the 2.4GHz range. I am currently using Vista but would like to use Ubuntu and be able to select the frequency channel.
