Scan Problem

when scanning a document after 6 pages the machine stops and goes into a new pdf file it should take a lot more than 6 pages,What could this be????

This might be a program error or a bug to the program. You can fix this issue by resetting the default settings of the device. It is similar to a computer in resetting to its factory settings. The instructions are provided in the user's manual. Here's the link:
