Can This Printer Connect To The Samsung Note Ii Lte?

Yes, Canon iP100 can be connected to your Samsung Note computer or any other computer as long as the compatible driver software is installed. You should install the driver software first before you can use this device. You can download the driver software online. Here's the link to the download page.
