Based on my research error 32 on your Canon SX110IS camera means that there is a problem with the stucked lens. This issue can be resolved by following these steps.
  1. Connect AC adapter or USB cable and switch the camera on while you hold the shutter button.
  2. If the lens circles are non-concentric and not aligned properly then with soft hands twist it slightly while the camera lens is held down.
  3. Push and pull the lens slightly as it extends.
  4. Place the lens on a hard surface. Power it up.
  5. Slightly hit the camera beside the lens with the tissue.
