Put In A New Sdhc Card And The Camera Says,'memory Card Error'. What's Wrong?

There could be one (or both) of two things wrong.

1. Your SD card could be locked. On the left side of most cards, there's a little switch. If it's down, your card is locked and you won't be able to save or delete anything on it.

2. You might have to format it. If you're on windows, put it in your computer, go to "my computer" (or just "computer" on some versions of windows), right click on your SD card and select "format". The steps should be similar on any other OS, I just don't have access to them to walk you through it.
