Is There A Scan Driver For The Mx 492 That Supports Apple

Yes. To find your driver, go to http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mx_series/pixma_mx492#DriversAndSoftware and use the drop-down menu for your Apple operating system.
