Won't Recognize Black Ink
I bought the right cartridge and it keeps telling me that it doesn't recognize black ink cartridge. This has become a pain

This error happened because the black ink cartridge may not be installed properly. The best solution for this problem is reinstall the black ink cartridge. First, remove the black ink cartridge. Reinstall the ink cartridge gently into its tray. Also, please read the user's manual on how you can setup the ink cartridge properly.
