When I Came Back To My Computer, After Six Months, Everything Works But The Copy

bought last year. It says there is an error when I try to print ? I am a 75 year old ignoramus, so please help. Everything is hooked up properly, I feel certain. Thx.

I gather that you can print okay but can't copy. Go to this Canon page and link to the article listed first. If you follow those instructions exactly and still have problems, please resubmit, telling us exactly what you did and exactly what happened (including the complete and precise text of any error messsages.)

Please check the led screen on the printer, it will flash a letter E and will then be followed by two numbers. That's the error code that should help to diagnose the problem.
