Rough Idle After Heater Core Change Out.

I replace the heater core in my 1995 Buick Lesabre. During that process I inadvertantly disconnected one of the fuel lines, while looking for vacuum leaks. The heater core change out went ok, plus I flushed the cooling (water/antifreeze) before replacing heater core. Now, the engine idles very rough. At highway speeds it's fine but, when idling the engine runs very rough. Good power otherwise. Oh, and the check engine light comes on every time I start it. Did disconnecting the fuel line mess something up?
