The 2 common causes of "looping" are the machine is not threaded correctly or the bobbin is incorrect.

Other causes: If you have broken a few needles, you may need to get the bobbin case checked. could be that you have a nick in it or you could have some nicks in the needle plate. Technicians can usually correct this. Be sure that you have totally rethreaded the machine top to bottom, changed to a fresh needle and are using quality bobbin thread and bobbins from the manufacturer. (some generic bobbins can cause issues) If problem persists, take it to a repair store for repair.
