Brother Pe-770 Troubleshooting- Upper Thread Keeps Breaking, Please Help!
I have tried EVERYTHING in the manual several times, no luck. Please Help! Thanks:)

try putting the spool of thread on WITHOUT the end cap or off the side of the machine with a spool guide, making sure that your thread is not being caught on anything. The thread breaks due to extra pressure being put on the thread (embroidery thread cannot handle hardly any friction) when you have your foot up you should be able to just slide the thread out with no to hardly any tension or pulling.
