I Have Been Unable To Scan From My Printer To My Computer Or E-mail.

Before you can scan using your Brother MFC-J825DW printer/scanner device, you have to install the driver software first on your computer. Also, you need to properly connect the USB data cable and power cord. You can download the driver software for this printer here:
