Printer Won't Scan. Printer Won't Connect To Computer To Scan

Am not able to scan. When the printer says, "connecting to computer" it eventually switches back to Fax without scanning. Any suggestions? Printer is MFC-J825DW Thanks

It is not possible to connect your Brother MFC-J825DW printer to your printer if there is no driver software installed. The available driver software can be downloaded from the link provided below.

Install the driver and restart your computer. Then, try to connect your printer again and print a test page.
