The message -Ink Absorber Full- is an indication that the machine's internal ink absorbers are almost full. These ink absorbers are used to hold ink after it has been purged from the print head during the print head cleaning cycles. They can hold enough ink to last the normal expected life of the machine.

In order to resolve this problem the ink absorbers inside the machine must be replaced. After these items have been replaced the machines internal purge counter can be reset to clear the error message. If the counter is reset to clear the error message prior to replacing the ink absorbers ink may overflow from the absorber box and leak from the bottom of the machine.
