Receiving Blank Pages
A user is complaining that 3 random times their fax machine emptied the paper drawer with blank pages. Please let me know if there is something causing this. Thank you.

Does the same thing happen if you print or copy multiple pages??? In the Fax Settings menu there will be a option called "Resize the Fit" or "Fax Paper size". Select the option and check if works or not.
If not, turn OFF "Error Correction Mode (ECM)" from printer menu and check the status. your paper size setting may not be correct for the paper you are using. (See Paper Size.)
