Printer Does Not Print.

The LCD indicates the following message: Self-diagnostic. The printer will automatically restart within 15 minutes. Question: How can I get ride of this message and have my printer working again? The original error message when trying to print is: Print Unable 6D, the manual tells me to disconnect the printer for several minutes and reconnect. It does not work.
