This Device Cannot Start. (code 10)

I am unable to install F8T017 driver in my laptop. OS is windows 7

This driver is not compatable with windows 7 or 8 what I read is that Most Belkin Bluetooth USB adapters install automatically without any extra software on Windows 7. Simply plug the device into a spare USB Slot. Windows 7 should automatically recognize the device and install the necessary drivers and software.
