Beeping 1 Long 3 Short
1. i've tried unplug Ram and plugin again still beeping2. i've tried reset cmos with my jumper still beeping3. i dont have gpu external i used onboard gputhis my spec pcMb P8H67Proc Xeon e3 1220PSU 80+ DeepCoolRam Apacer 1x4Gbanyones help me

1 short beep usually signifies that everything is OK. ... 1 long beep followed by 3 short beeps is a graphics-related error. Reseat the RAM and reboot. If you get the same beep code, this could be a possible bad motherboard or processor.

One long 3 short beeps Asus
The one long beep with three short beeps is a gpu error, if everything is working ok it sounds like you solved the problem. According to the RVE10 Owners Manual, that means "No VGA Detected". So I guess your card was just not seated correctly and is why replacing it fixed the problem.
